After you've created a job post in Polymer, visit the Distribution section where you'll see WhatJobs listed. The form requires several fields specific to WhatJobs that help their distribution algorithm match your job with relevant candidates. These include employment type, schedule details, job sector, and start date preferences.

Requirements

WhatJobs requires detailed information to optimize their distribution and ensure quality results:

• Employment details: Full-time vs. part-time, employment sub-types (permanent, contract, seasonal, temporary, freelance, apprenticeship, graduate), and precise schedule types
• Location: Currently US-only, with city and state required for non-remote positions. We're working to expand to additional countries, so check back soon!
• Address details: Street address and ZIP code required for hybrid and onsite roles. These location fields cannot be changed after your listing goes live.
• Company description: Brief overview of your company, culture, and mission
• Salary disclosure: If you choose to disclose salary, both min and max range must be provided

Your job is actively distributed across their entire network of 500+ partner job boards, with conversion-driven optimization ensuring their success is tied to yours. This isn't just a single job board or passive posting, it's continuous distribution across multiple channels designed to drive quality candidates to your opening.

After purchase, your job receives active distribution for 30 days. You can update certain details while distribution is active (though location information is locked once published).
